Document print made easy: without opening file!
Usually when you want to print a document, you need to open the document first and then print it. Now, with this tutorial, you can print your document without opening the document, which makes the document printing much easier. Here are the steps you need to take:
1. Click Start
2. Click Settings
3. Click Printers. Please note that if you have not installed your printer driver yet, you need to do it first.
4. When the Printers window opens, hold down Ctrl and drag the printer icon to your system desktop.
5. Now you can drag a document icon and drop it in printer icon on your desktop. In that way, you can get a print quickly even without opening the document.
